Mixed Mushroom Stir-fry


100 grams shimeji mushrooms
100 grams shiitake
100 grams enokitake
100 grams oyster mushrooms
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 green onions (finely sliced)
2 teaspoons ginger (finely grated)
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil

Mixed Mushroom Stir-fry Method

  1. Slice shitake, shimeji and enoki mushrooms into smaller clumps. Halve oyster mushrooms.
  2. In a wok, heat vegetable oil on high. Add onions, shiitake, shimeji and oyster mushrooms, ginger, soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir-fry 2 minutes on high, until mushrooms are tender. Stir in enoki mushrooms and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Serve.
